When you think of a warrior, you imagine someone who is going into battle. That is also true of prayer warriors, except our weapons are prayers not weapons. We are also called intercessory prayers because we pray to God for others.
I discovered the power of praying for someone other than myself several years ago. I was in a Bible study at my church when one of the members suffered an aneurysm. My immediate response was to start praying (much to my surprise.) After he was taken to the hospital, my entire class joined hands in a circle and prayed for Bill. I could feel the power of our prayers as well as the presence of God in our circle. Our prayers were answered and Bill soon joined us back in our Bible study. But that day I learned I had a passion for prayer.
I hope that in this blog we can exchange experiences as prayer warriors and maybe even ignite that passion in others. We will also lift up prayer requests, discuss areas that need our prayers and mention books and websites that can help us grow as prayer warriors. I look forward to hearing from you.

I remember that special night. How God moved in such a powerful way
to get help for Bill and showed all of us about community. We were all
together and each one praying and doing what one could working
together. God moved in our hearts and in our actions. The results were
indeed miraculous. Bill got surgery, but was sustained by all of our
prayers. God does hear us!

2. There is no wrong way to pray, thying to pray is praying.

Hello, My name is Larry, I am from ky, I just have found this website here and i like what you have call the prayer warrior. I strongly believe in prayer. I have alot of prayer experience in the past. Their been alot of things that has happen. I have been to the church one day and i told my wife i am gonna go and see my cousin to see how she is doing. Well, i stop by and talk to her. She told me about her neice being sick and dying and suffer with pain. Their were so many differnt people from all kind of church religion going to her house. she still suffer and in pain. After my cousin told me that, i was fixing to leave and go home. Well, i couldnt harldy move and get to the car. The lord were moving on me and I had a feeling to go to her house and pray for her. Well, i told my wife i am gonna go to her house. My wife knew the lord were using me to go their. She was really happy to see how the lord use me to go their. I told my cousin. you are gonna show me where she live and i am gonna go their. Well, we did go over their. The hospice nurse were their and she said “Oh Boy” we got someone here. I saw my cousin screaming for help, she was suffer in pain. i walk over to her i ask her if she was tired. she said yeh . i ask her if she know me she said yeh
i ask her if she were ready to go home. she said yeh. i ask her if she wanted me to pray for her. she said yeh she only noodle her head since she coudnt talk at all. I said okay, I got my wife to get on the other side of her , and i ask this lady husband if he want to pray with us. he said yeh. Well, we pray for her for long time and you talk about the feeling of the spritiual it was thier. i put my hand on her shoulder and i got so close to her when i pray for her. I notice she were praying slilenty too. After i got done praying for her she was quite and resting. When i left their house. and went home then the next day, my cousin call at my house and she said Larry, I can’t believe how you did it. The lord was really using you for sure. she told me that this niece of her which is my 3 cousin that was dying, went to sleep and resting so peacefully and didnt even suffer in pain no more but she only woke up 2 time after i pray for her. and she was resting peacefully. well 2 days later she passed away in her sleep without suffer. She die of Cancer that has spread from her female organ to her Brain. i thought i share this story to you. The prayer does work. It take a faith too.
